Training 09.03.2011
These are the courses from yesterday´s training with Hasty.
Hasty worked really well yesterday. I started training with a target on the seesaw and she put in a another gear at once. In the start on the first track we trained “pakkovalssi”, so I could get a better position before the tunnel for beeing in time for jump 5. The most difficult part for us was the backlap in the second course (jump 12).
